Dalai Lama in Hyderabad

Tibetan leader Dalai Lama requested the Indian government  to help in education, health and employment fields. He also requested the world leaders to protect Tibetan Buddhist culture. Famous Spiritual leader Dalai Lama met with Rosaiah in a closed-door meeting at the ITC Kakatiya, in Hyderabad. Today morning he came to Hyderabad and landed in Shamshabad Airport after will travel to Gulbarga tomorrow. Many Tibetans form Hyderabad and came to the hotel to meet Dalai Lama. Today he will meet with the local Tibetan community and students. His Holiness will also be giving Buddhist teachings during his three day tour of Andhra Pradesh. His visit to Hyderabad kept secret up to the last minute for security reasons.

PM said wrong: Dattatreya

BJP state President , Bandaru Dattatreya wondered on the announcement made by the prime minister Manmohan Singh, saying that Telangana state hood creation was declared only after seeking  unanimous opinion from all the political parties in AP.  He criticized, the state Congress party for not showing commitment towards the favourable decision of AICC President-Sonia Gandhi, on Telangana creation.  He commented on the leaders of Andhra and Rayalaseema leaders for launching united Andhra movement.

Place The Bill: KCR

K. Chandra Shekar Rao demanded central Government to place separate Telangana bill in this parliament secession. He cautioned that if the congress government does not place the bill he will start his agitation once again. He said that United Andhra Moment was only sponsored by some big industrialists. He said that they don't Know why  they need United Andhra. I will come out within 4 days I will intensify the separate Telangana agitation. Rayalaseema and Andhra political leaders should stop their strike immediately and follow the Chidambaram declaration.  And also said if they cross their limits our Telangana people will teach a lesson to them. He said that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi symbolically silent and waiting for central resolution. He reiterated that no one can stop the separate Telangana at this movement.

Chiru Resignations

Praja Rajyam Party Chief Chiranjeevi declared his resignation as MLA today afternoon. He declared that although he support separate Telangana previously they have changed their decision according to the public opinion. This decision had created lot of protest by his own party workers at PRP party residence. He also declared that people at large were in favor of United Andhra state he also said that he is going join in "United Andhra" Movement. He accused that congress party decisions were responsible for this situation in the state. He also said that there was no pressure for his party workers to resign. But Telangana PRP leaders has strongly opposed his decision and stated a dharna in front of party office later those were arrested. He resignation was submitted by his party leaders to the Assembly speaker K. Kiran Kumar Reddy at his residence in Kundan Bagh.
